- Koordination von internen und externen Technikern zur Wiederherstellung der Services
- Professionelle und kompetente Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, Partnern und internen Stellen
- Analyse und Konfiguration von CPE (Modems, Router usw.)
- Bearbeiten von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes in unserem Ticketsystem
- Mitarbeit im 7/24 Schichtbetrieb
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre, eine entsprechende Weiterbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerktechnologien und ICT-Dienstleistungen
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst
- Kenntnisse der Grundlagen von IP, Routing, VPN und Internet
- Grosses Interesse an ICT-Technologien und die Bereitschaft, Dein Fachwissen in der Breite und Tiefe weiterzubilden
- Vernetztes Denken, sowie schnelles Erkennen der technischen und logischen Zusammenhänge
- Druckresistenz und Resilienz in schwierigen Kundengesprächen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1) sowie gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
