About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ERP consultant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes. You will work closely with our customers to collect, analyze, and write up their requirements, configure the ERP to meet their needs, and provide training and support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Odoo ERP solutions for our customers in Switzerland.
- Collect, analyze, and write up customer requirements.
- Configure the ERP to meet customer needs.
- Provide training and support to customers.
- Work closely with our customers to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
- 3-5 years' experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
- Native German/CH-German speaker and fluent English speaker.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Keen to ensure each project adds significant value for our customers while keeping their budget in mind.

Work Rate
