About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Engagement Solutions Architect to join our Customer Engagement team at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing solutions within our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, design, and implement solutions within our CDP and marketing tech ecosystem to enhance user experiences on our digital platforms.
  • Advise the Customer Engagement team on best practices and tech advancements to drive business growth.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and provide insights to inform technical specifications and solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams for seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Configure and manage CDP settings, including API integrations, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Integrate the CDP with other platforms, such as CRM, advertising, and analytics, to provide a unified customer view.
  • Manage data transformation and ingestion processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in the CDP to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain CDP documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a CDP solution architect or consultant.
  • Experience with Bloomreach Engagement, Tealium AudienceStream, CrossEngage, Segment, or Salesforce CDP.
  • Proficient in managing APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to ensure seamless integration.
  • Strong skills in HTML, SQL, and Jinja to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Skilled in Python or R for data transformation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency a plus.
