Your RoleAs a CRM Assistant in Private Banking, you will play a crucial role in supporting Client Relationship Managers with daily tasks related to trading, marketing, and administration, primarily based in Geneva.
Your Responsibilities- Offer daily support to CRMs and Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities
- Manage cash and corporate actions on a daily basis
- Execute trades across various asset classes
- Organize client meetings and business trips
- Assist with compliance and customer-related projects
- Handle KYC files and account processes
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or a relevant banking apprenticeship
- Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft tools; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility
- Fluency in English and French, additional languages are advantageous
