Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to provide comprehensive support to our General Manager and work closely with the rest of the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to evolve into a junior relationship manager and serve high net worth clients in primarily advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to relationship managers in managing client portfolios and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Process orders, trades, and client transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with global headquarters and local middle/back office teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Prepare for business trips and client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are in order.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and client interactions, adhering to strict regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5++ years of experience as a private banking assistant or junior banker in Switzerland.
- Strong product and investment knowledge, with a deep understanding of FINMA regulations.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Swiss/EU/EFTA nationals or valid Swiss work permit holders (frontalier accepted).
