About the Role
Pictet Wealth Management, a leading global financial services group, is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and acting as a point of contact for clients within the Pictet Investment Office (PIO).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, focusing on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), and act as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day activities;
- Coordinate and oversee complex holding and succession structures, comprising tangible assets, and keep track of new legal trends and increasing requirements;
- Work closely and coordinate with other departments within the Bank (bankers, compliance, reporting, credit, other business lines, tax) and external service providers (lawyers, trustees, personal staff);
- Coordinate and implement budget expenditure;
- Coordinate cash flow forecasts and daily payment process and validation;
- Coordinate client projects, set up dedicated reporting and monitoring;
- Coordinate specific client commercial transactions;
- Act as a backup to other CRMs;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a graduate degree and 8 to 10 years' proven experience in private banking or working for private clients/UHNWI and TEP qualification and/or legal background. Ideally, you will have a postgraduate degree such as a Master's degree, CIIA or CFA. You will have proven knowledge in dealing with general compliance and risk issues, KYC, KYT, and structures (holding companies, trusts,...). You will also have strong knowledge of financial markets and be autonomous and very hands-on, with the ability to manage a variety of different tasks (reporting, cash flow forecast, point of contact with clients and third-party providers, follow special investments, coordination,...). You will be client-centric, pro-active, results-orientated, and able to manage client and client's ecosystem expectations. You will be fluent in French and English and at ease with numbers and using Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint. You must be resident in Switzerland.
