CRM Assistant in Private Banking Switzerland

About the Role

As a CRM Assistant in Private Banking at J. Safra Sarasin, you will play a vital role in supporting the Client Relationship Managers in their daily tasks. This includes administrative and commercial activities, ensuring seamless execution of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to CRMs and the Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage cash and corporate actions on a daily basis, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Execute trades in various asset classes, including FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, HF, and PE, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organize client meetings and business trips for CRMs, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
  • Support CRMs in compliance or customer-related projects, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Create KYC files with CRM support and manage account opening and closing processes, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, with Avaloq being an advantage.
  • Strong customer service ethics and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sense of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluent in English and French, with good communication skills, and other languages being an asset.
