Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Für den Bereich F&E übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Beschaffung der Geräte und gewährleisten für die Räumlichkeiten und für das dazugehörende Equipment die Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebes.

  • Erstellung der URS (User Requirements Specifications) für die Laborgeräte und INFRA-Equipment
  • Evaluierung der Angebote und Ausführung der Bestellungen
  • Aktualisierung der Instandhaltungs- und Kalibrier-Planung, Einholung von Angeboten und Planung der externen Einsätze
  • Erstellung und Review von SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) und ergänzende Spezifikationen
  • Übernahme der Teilprojektleitung bei Projekten und Unterstützung des Betreibers bei Troubleshooting
  • Ansprechpartner für das Engineering bei Instandhaltungs-Themen und Projekten
  • Bereitstellung von technischem Support für interne und externe Kunden

Ihr Bewerbungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur oder Techniker in den Fachrichtungen Elektro-, Automation, Maschinenbau oder andere verwandte Berufe
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, idealerweise im Bereich F&E in der Pharma-Branche
  • Erfahrung mit Laborgeräten, INFRA-Anlagen und Reinräume
  • Erfahrung mit GxP-Regularien von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamorientiert, zuverlässig, selbstständig, sorgfältig und flexibel
