Wir suchen einen passionierten Technical Expert / 3rd Level Support AutoStore EMEA, der das AutoStore System nach der Installation betreut. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektteam, dem Kunden und den Kardex-Lieferanten zusammen, um das System entsprechend der genauen technischen Auslegung und Spezifikation mit einem hohen Mass an Verarbeitungsqualität zu betreiben.
Your tasks
3rd-Level-Support für die lokalen Servicetechniker für AutoStore-Systeme vor Ort und/oder Remote Schulung der lokalen Servicetechniker in den Bereichen Wartung, SW-Updates, Fehlerbehebung sowie Navigation und Nutzung des AS-CRM Verantwortlich für den Inhalt des Schulungshandbuchs Unterstützung bei der termingerechten und spezifikationsgerechten Installation des technischen Automatisierungssystems durch Kardex und Kardex-Lieferanten. Unterstützung und Durchführung von Go-Live und Schulungen und Kunden Aufrechterhaltung eines sauberen und sicheren Arbeitsplatzes. Unterstützt den weiteren Aufbau des neuen Unternehmensbereichs und hilft die gesetzten Wachstumsziele zu erreichen. Unterstützt die Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahme von AutoStore-Systemen beim Kunden oder aus der Ferne Konfiguration von AutoStore-Komponenten und SteuerungenYour profile
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf, z. B. Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Industrieelektriker etc. Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit, vorwiegend in Europa Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse: AutoStore, PLC Bachelor-Abschluss ist ein plus Bewusstsein für die Gestaltung eines sichereres Arbeitsumfeldes in industrieller Umgebung. Gerne mit Erfahrung in der Bau- und/oder Projektleitung von Automatisierungssystemen Nachgewiesenes Portfolio von erfolgreich durchgeführten Projekten Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem Projektteam in einer bauähnlichen UmgebungWir bieten
