Senior SAP Consultant - Logistics Support

Our team in Wrocław is in search of Senior SAP Support Consultants who can provide top-notch expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers' organizations. We need seasoned professionals with a profound understanding of standard logistics modules, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills with key-users and other stakeholders of our international clientele.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • 2nd level support for SAP users globally (Ticket-based)
  • 3rd level support for SAP standard modules, custom adjustments, and products
  • Conduct detailed problem analysis to formulate solution proposals
  • Execute small projects and change requests to address customer needs
  • Manage data and system administration
  • Foster relationships with customers on support matters
  • Regular data analysis and ticket reporting
  • Mentor junior team members

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of SAP Consulting or Support experience
  • Proficiency in Logistics, SD, and MM modules
  • Fluency in English & Polish
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn new modules and processes, and delve deep into solution details
  • Strong communication skills and team player mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of German would be advantageous
