Mit dem Graduate-Programm, Start am 1. März 2024, bieten wir dir nach deinem Masterabschluss ein individuelles Einstiegsprogramm in der Versicherungs
- und Finanzdienstleistungsbranche. Du lernst, während 18 Monaten unterschiedliche Abteilungen kennen und wirst ideal auf deine Zielfunktion vorbereitet.
- Von Beginn an kannst du dein Fachwissen aktiv anwenden und Verantwortung übernehmen.
- Unsere Unternehmensgrösse und Organisationsstrukturen ermöglichen dir spannende Einblicke in die Geschäftstätigkeit von Swiss Life.
- Du arbeitest in einem Geschäftsbereich des Konzernbereiches Schweiz (Unternehmenskunden, Privatkunden, Kundenberatung und -betreuung, Finanzen und Aktuariat, Human Resources). Ergänzend, sammelst du in einem zusätzlichen Geschäftsbereich sowie einer Generalagentur weitere Erfahrungen.
- Mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungsmodulen während des ganzen Programms erweiterst du dein Wissen und Können.

ANFORDERUNGEN

**Deine Stärken**
- Du hast einen Masterabschluss einer Hoch
- oder Fachhochschule mit ausgezeichneten Leistungen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht oder Naturwissenschaften.
- Du bist an der Versicherungs
- und Finanzdienstleistungsbranche interessiert und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in Form eines Praktikums oder einer Teilzeitstelle mit.
- Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und kommunizierst gekonnt auf Deutsch - in Wort und Schrift. Kenntnisse in weiteren Landessprachen sind willkommen.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, vertraust aber ebenso der eigenen Kompetenz.
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig, lernst gerne Neues und wendest dies in der Praxis sinnvoll an.
