Mariage idéal de sophistication discrète et de passion pour le service, ce boutique hôtel propose à ses hôtes 45 chambres et suites à la décoration unique, toutes dotées d'œuvres d'art et de mobilier exquis, et les invite également à profiter d'une délicieuse cuisine internationale au Windows Restaurant, ainsi que de cocktails au célèbre Leopard Bar et au Cigar Lounge.

Tâches principales:

- Offrir un accueil téléphonique personnalisé et chaleureux
- Identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels et passer les informations au service correspondant
- Proposer une offre adaptée à la demande du client tout en répondant aux consignes de ventes de l'Hôtel
- Assurer les relances clients et le suivi des dossiers de réservations
- Saisir et contrôler les réservations et options dans le PMS
- Agir en représentant commercial pour tout l'hôtel, savoir suggérer les prestations de l'hôtel autant que possible (restaurant, salles de réunions, etc )
- Contrôler de manière hebdomadaire les réservations de la semaine à venir (notes, traces, caractéristiques, etc.)
- Assister et remplacer le Revenue & Reservation Manager durant ses absences
- Peut être amené à participer à des soirées/cocktails clients et visites de l'hôtel

Prérequis pour le poste:

- Expression orale et écrite en français et en anglais indispensables, allemand ou troisième langue étrangère un plus
- Au bénéfice d'une expérience en hôtellerie de luxe
- Communicateur, à l'écoute et ayant le sens du détail
- Ouvert d'esprit, positif et autonome
