Payroll Specialist

Nous recherchons activement pour notre client, un établissement fiduciaire bien implanté dans le tissu économique genevois, un ou une responsable de la gestion des salaires.

Pour le compte des clients mais également de la fiduciaire, vous aurez à charge :

- La gestion complète du processus de paie pour l'entièreté du portefeuille client. (80 mandats).
- L'analyse et la tenue des données relatives aux employés (congés, heures travaillées, avantages sociaux etc...).
- Le suivi des indicateurs, la préparation de statistiques ainsi que la complétion du bouclement des salaires et des justificatifs liés.
- La régularisation toute situation salariale incorrecte et ce au regard des réglementations en vigueur.
- L'établissement de reportings réguliers à destination des associés de la fiduciaire.
- L'encadrement d'une collaboratrice que vous devrez épauler et continuer à former.

Minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur des postes en gestion de paie.
- Parfaite maitrise de la gestion des salaires ainsi que du fonctionnement des assurances sociales suisses.
- Une expérience préalable en fiduciaire suisse est obligatoire.
- Capacité éprouvée à gérer un grand nombres de mandats en simultané.
- Maitrise parfaite de la langue française et capacité à échanger avec fluidité en anglais.
- Le brevet fédéral représente un atout.
