Dieses Team ist für die Definition, Umsetzung, das Wachstum und die Profitabilität der Lending Strategie und des Lending Portfolios zuständig.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Systematisch analysierst du die aktuelle Markt
- und Wettbewerbssituation, um Opportunitäten zu identifizieren und zu bewerten.
- Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung der neuen Kreditangebote mit, um inkrementelles, profitables Ertragswachstum zu generieren.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Teams (Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance) arbeitest du an der Umsetzung der Lending Initiativen mit, und zwar von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zur anschliessenden Evaluation.
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von verschiedenen internen und externen Meetings.
- Die Erstellung von Präsentationen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Einen erfolgreichen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Lending und Payment Geschäft
- Starkes Interesse an Innovation und Transformation
- Du hast ein hohes Mass an Eigenmotivation sowie ein gutes Selbst
- und Zeitmanagement

Swisscard bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Deine Zukunft zu gestalten. Das Career Starter Programm dauert 18 Monate (inklusive ca. 6 Monate Rotation innerhalb des Risk Departments) und beinhaltet on
