Head of EAME Operations - Fragrances & Beauty f/m/d
The Head of Operations for EAME region will report to the Head of Operations Fragrance & Beauty.


As senior manager in the Operations you will have the overall responsibility for providing Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Facilities oversight at regional level.

You will develop and execute the regional Operations roadmap and leads the Operations function to drive the organization towards the Safety, Service, Quality and Cost objectives for the region.

You will be an executive member of the Operations Management Committee for Fragrances Division (OPMC).

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

Strategy design and execution

  • Participate in the design of the functional strategy and definition of related objectives based on
input provided by other functions in the region, e.g. Commercial, Regulatory.

  • Adapt and implement the functional strategy in the region and oversees the design and execution
of related tactical and operational plans to meet functional objectives.

Function management

  • Provide direction across all Operations subfunctions within the region to drive alignment and to improve operational visibility.
  • Drive organizational synergy and process efficiency initiatives (Operations Excellence) which reduce cycle times, increase organizational agility, improve on time delivery and quality of products and optimize cost savings opportunities.
  • Work across all functions in the region to drive the deployment of a world class safety culture, strong productivity improvements and manager proper inventory levels.
  • Execute the annual operating plan within approved budget.

People management

  • Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within Regional Operations and validate related results.
  • Work with the Regional Operations management team and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a regional talent pipeline for the function.
  • Drive the development and promotion of regional talents within and outside the function at regional level.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related
- discipline.

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a Technical field is preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong background in supply chain,
- quality and/or materials management, including exposure to M&A projects, organizational change,
- operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations, enterprise risk for
- complex organizations.

  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in people management.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.
  • Travel required (3040%)
