Human by nature.**Treasury Operation Support - Your future role?**
- As a Treasury Operation Support in Vernier you will operate the vendor mass payments, act as a backup for ebanking platforms and give administrative support.- You will report to the Treasury Operations Manager.**Your main responsibilities**:

- Mass vendor payments_
- Handle payments files for 3rd party vendors and affiliates
- Citibank platform_
- Bank account opening/closing full process management (documents, follow-up, ebanking, SAP)
- Audit responsibilities_
- Issue yearly audit documents
- Interlocutor for the internal and external auditors
- Signature cards review and maintenance_
- Global signature cards review
- Maintain the signature cards database with the support of the RTC
- Administrative support_
- External/Internal contracts and agreements (documentation) treasury related
- Sort and distribute incoming mails to areas and staff within the Treasury organization
- Create purchase order requisitions, Office supplies
- Bank connection token management_
- Manage the token shipment to the ebanking users
- Ensure the "Security Administrator" role in the GAIA AAW platorm

**You have**:

- CFC diploma or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in Administration
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Languages: English and French. Any other languages
