Integration Technician

**Summary of Job Role**

An Integration Technician assists and supports the integration team during all phases of integration of the systems designed by engineers and performs adequate packing before shipping to customers. He/She should have the necessary troubleshooting skills to find failures related to the operation during the integration phase and for remote support later during deployment phase (Cabling, system power connectivity, all satcom system components readiness and their interconnection).

**Key Responsibilities**

Understand system design and Support Integration Manager during System Integration:
1- Correct cables and connectors availability and integrated in GVA including remaining needed cables, connectors or any other equipment needed for the system installations at customer site.

2- Propose solutions for technical issues faced in relation to scope of work.

3- Prestage components ready and checked according to design with necessary tests done.

4- Responsible for correct labeling per site/project/customer basis to facilitate the identification upon equipment arrival on site.

5- Filing and archiving all incoming / outgoing documents related to ongoing shipments (including packing list, serial numbers, warehouse shipments etc.) physically and on the ERP system.

6- Support in the optimization space of the facility and warehouses.

7- Responsible for the accurate and optimized Packaging of the items following the Integration.
- Support in RMA process during repair and test at Geneva lab.
- Ensures the availability of the necessary tools for all types of integrations and performs maintenance tasks when needed.
- Performs other job-related tasks when needed
