Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Kaiseraugst, suchen wir einen Business Process Manager (m/w/d)

Beschreibung

**Diese Stelle betrifft zwei Abteilungen**: Planning Community & Supply Chain Coordination. Der Contractor ist tätig in vielen verschiedenen Projekten, um Prozesse zu analysieren. Ausserdem involviert diese Stelle die Planung mit Lieferanten und die Evaluation von Daten.

Der/die perfekte Kandidat/in

Der perfekte Kandidat hat eine Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik und 3 Jahre
Erfahrung in Supply Chain. Die Person besitzt SAP-, fliessende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Zudem ist der Kandidat ein Teamplayer und integriert sich schnell und reibungslos in verschiedene Teams.

Aufgaben

**Business Process Management**: (40-50%)
- Identifizieren, Entwerfen und Verbessern von Business Prozessen im Bereich MM
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Planungs und operativen Einkaufsprozessen, sowie anderen Kunden entlang der Lieferkette (Quality, Manufacturing)
- Unterstützung beim Standortprojekt zur nachhaltigen Reduzierung von Vernichtungen (Write-Off Squad)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines Prozesses zur mittel bis langfristigen Überwachung der Lagerbestände

**Supply Chain Coordination**: (10-20%)
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Pilotprojekten darunter Vendor Managed Inventory & Teilchargen Lieferung, Lieferzeitverkürzung
- Austausch mit Lieferanten: Identifikation von ad-hoc Problemen und langfristige Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten

**Analytical**: (40%)
- Aufbau, Pflegen und Monitoren von KPIs im Bereich Material Planning & SCC
- Erstellen von Analysen im operativen Einkauf zur Verbesserung der Bestell
- & Lagerhaltungsstrategie für Packmittel Komponenten: Bestellverhalten, Kosten/Nutzen, Losgrößen, Lagerbewegungen, Bestandsentwicklung, Vernichtungen, Segmentierung, Anliefer Nívellierung, Sicherheitsbestände, etc.
- Verwendung des SAP Dispomonitor Add-ons (MRP Monitor) zur Analyse und Pflege von Stammdaten zum Zweck der Segmentierung des Packmittel Portfolios

Qualifikation

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung in Supply Chain oder vergleichbares, vorzugsweise Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Supply Chain Erfahrung (\*\*\*\*\*)
- Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Supply Chain (\*\*\*\*\*)
- SAP Kenntnisse & IT Affinität (\*\*\*\*\*)
- fliessende Deutsch Kentnisse, Englisch - von Vorteil (\*\*\*\*\*)
- Teamfähigkeit
