NTT DATA Services is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager/Product Manager (f/m/d) with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration to join our expanding team in EMEA.
Role Overview
We are in search of a Technical Project Manager/Product Manager (f/m/d) experienced in SAP data migration to join our SAP Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team on large-scale SAP transformation projects.
Our client is presently involved in a global transformation program that involves replacing their old ERP systems with SAP S/4 HANA. This long-term program is overseen by NTT DATA Services for the S/4 Data Migration Workstream. To assist our customer in achieving their goals, we have implemented an innovative Factory Model Concept to speed up the data migration process. This position entails supervising the Data Migration Product Team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the global data migration framework and toolkit.
Responsibilities
- Dual focus on project management and technical expertise (SAP Data services, SAP migration cockpit)
- Lead the data migration team to deliver end-to-end ETL toolkits following established data migration methodology
- Coordinate and plan data migration activities within project timelines
- Resolve cross-functional issues and escalate when necessary
- Manage project partners and working groups
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Build and maintain relationships with collaborators and stakeholders
- Provide status reports to project sponsors
- Update progress to project steering board/senior management
Key Skills
- Successful delivery of large SAP S/4 HANA Transformation projects
- Experience in Data Migration for S/4 HANA
- Familiarity with Data Migration tools, specifically SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services, SAP migration cockpit Tools and Methodology
- Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Experience with AGILE tools such as Jira
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
Desirable Skills (nice to have)
- Previous experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries
- Experience with onsite-offshore models
Travel
This role involves occasional travel to Switzerland (Basel region).
