What you'll do


Build, develop, and implement the Marketing Plan and drive new business opportunities for the Early Life Nutrition (ELN) Segment focusing on Nutritional Lipids and supporting other Key Strategic Initiatives in EMEA.

In this role you will reach beyond purchasers in customers organization, working with R&D and Marketing to create new growth projects based on our Health Benefit Solutions.

We are open to consider various base locations as well as remote work across Europe.

Your key responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the right products with the right customers and markets
  • Actively engages in efficient project management together with the Account Manager, especially takes the lead during the development phase of top projects
  • Monitoring market dynamics across EMEA, supports the Account Managers on the development and implementation of strategic customer plans
  • Identify the right customers, markets, and prospects to create growth projects according to the Segment strategic marketing plan
  • Following the competitors' offerings, understanding their commercial strategy and value proposition and ability to position and communicate the competitive superiority of DSM's lipids portfolio.

You bring

  • 5 years or equivalent relevant marketing and / or technical background experience within the Early Life Nutrition industry. Master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Early Life Nutrition Industry knowledge including key players, market dynamics, customers & consumer trends
  • Good understanding of production processes and equipment used in processing of liquid and powder infant formula, growing up milks, cereals, and baby food
  • Knowledge of dietary supplements category
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and in a matrix organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and customer facing skills
  • Proficient IT and analytical skills
  • Very good English communication skills
