Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central coordinator for projects spanning multiple branches and countries.
  • Manage project management and planning for automotive repair and bodywork projects.
  • Create and execute project plans.
  • Coordinate with the Back Office Team to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for repair solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Identify areas for process improvements.
  • Maintain oversight of projects across branches and countries.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies related to automotive repairs and bodywork.
  • Project management experience
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team for successful project outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in both Italian and English languages
  • Remote problem-solving skills, adept at handling issues over the phone or via remote communication tools
  • Practical and effective problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, from field personnel to client management
