**Global Clinical Order Manager 100%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Gewährleistung der reibungslosen Abwicklung von Aufträgen für Primär
- und Sekundärverpackungen im Verpackungsbereich und der rechtzeitigen weltweiten Versorgung von klinischen Studien mit Prüfpräparaten
- Verwaltung interner Verpackungsaufträge und Sicherstellung der pünktlichen und vollständigen Lieferung dieser Aufträge
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Site Manager der Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) verwaltet der GCOM ausgelagerte Verpackungsaufträge
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Standardverpackungsdesigns in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Production Enablement Leader (GPEL), dem Study Planner, dem Head of Operations und dem Global IMP QA
- Verantwortlich für die Eskalation größerer interner/ausgelagerter verpackungsbezogener Probleme mit Auswirkungen auf den End-to-End-Zeitplan an den GPEL oder den CMO-Standortleiter
- Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Besprechungen mit GPEL, Qualitätseinheiten und anderen Teams des Clinical Supply Operation Management. Verantwortlich für alle Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Wiederbeschaffungs-Verpackung und die Implementierung von Lösungen für diese Probleme.
- Überwachung der internen und ausgelagerten Metriken zur Verpackungskoordination und Leitung der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für alle Key Performance Indicators (KPI), die unter dem Zielwert liegen
- für alle operativen Teile von Studien in Bezug auf interne und ausgelagerte Verpackungsaufträge
- Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für den Betrieb und unterrichten das Operationsteam mit Verpackungsanweisungen
- Überwachung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) für die Teamleistung, die Produktionsbereitschaft und das Auftragsmanagement und arbeitet selbstständig an der Entwicklung von Ideen und initiiert kontinuierliche Verbesserungen gemäß de Lean Production System (LPS) Initiative
- Zusammenarbeit mit Business Process Managern, um Ideen auszutauschen, Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben und Probleme auf globaler Ebene zu lösen. Unterstützung der Systemverbesserungen sowie Erstellung und Überarbeitung von SOPs und Schulungsunterlagen

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Berufsausbildung auf Hochschulniveau oder Universitätsabschluss, vorzugsweise in Supply Chain Management und/oder Healthcare Management
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder biopharmazeutischen Industrie und/oder im Supply Chain Management
- Fähigkeit zur Einhaltung von Verfahren und Standards in einer GMP-Umgebung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, z. B. SAP, OMP oder APO
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Solides Verständnis der Pharma Supply Chain und der klinischen Verpackungsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Teamarbeit, Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und Entscheidungsfindung, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Verständnis für Systeme und technische Konzepte
- Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen. Eigenmotiviert, proaktiv, schnell denkend, anpassungsfähig

Nice to haves:

- PMP/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean-Ausbildung von Vorteil
- APICS- und/oder SCOR-Zertifizierung oder entsprechende einschlägige Erfahrung
