Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden, dem externen Lager und den Intersnack-Produktionswerken in Europa. Deine herausragende Kundenorientierung und Fachkompetenz unterstützen operative Aufgaben, Projekte und Analysen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Geschäftsprozesse und Kundenbeziehungen.

Was du tun wirst:

  • Bedürfnisorientierte und termingerechte Abwicklung von Kundenbestellungen und -anfragen.
  • Kontrolle und Buchung von Wareneingängen.
  • Tägliche Fakturierung und Finanzbuchung von Warenlieferungen.
  • Regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt und Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten und Konditionen.
  • Vorbereitung und Versand von Out-of-Stock-Meldungen sowie Kundenbenachrichtigungen bei Wiederverfügbarkeit.
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale in Deutsch und Französisch.
  • Pflege von E-Mail-Postfächern (Outlook EDI und E-Mail-Auftrag).
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen, ad hoc-Anfragen und Gutschriften in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
  • Erstellung von Gutschriften und Teilnahme am monatlichen Debitorenmeetings
  • Kontakt mit Warenhäusern bezüglich Manufacturing Orders für Co-Packing sowie Begleitung von Promotionen von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (KV/TK/HF/FH) Fachhochschule
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre erfolgreiche Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen idealerweise in den FMCG
  • Versierter ERP-Umgang – Infor M3 Kenntnisse von Vorteil; sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbes. in Excel (Pivot)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Leistungsorientierte/r Teamplayer*in mit Serviceorientierung und Gespür für (interne) Kunden
  • Gewissenhafte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Pragmatisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v.a Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Anpassungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
