Security Manager Eurovillage and Side Events ESC 2025 (w / m / d)

Für den Eurovision Song Contest 2025 suchen wir per Oktober 2024 befristet bis Ende Juni 2025 eine:n Security Manager Eurovillage and Side Events. Im ESC-Team Security engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:
  • Sie nehmen eine umfassende Risikobewertung vor und setzen alle erforderlichen Präventionsmassnahmen zur Minimierung von Risiken und Bedrohungen um
  • Sie beteiligen sich in Abstimmung mit der Host-City und gemeinsam mit dem/den Sicherheitsdienstleister(n) und den örtlichen Behörden an der Ausarbeitung des Sicherheitsplans – in erster Linie für die Side Events (Eurovillage)
  • Sie erstellen technische und operative Dokumente und stellen diese bereit. Zudem fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Ihrer Tätigkeit
  • Sie übernehmen die Verwaltung und Nachbereitung von Berichten über allfällige Vorfälle
  • Sie bauen ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu Ihren Kolleg:innen auf und bieten Schulungen zu den Sicherheitsmassnahmen an
  • Sie tragen während des Events dazu bei, dass die Sicherheit gewährleistet ist

Damit begeistern Sie uns
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der physischen Sicherheit im Allgemeinen und bei Veranstaltungen im Besonderen
  • Sie bringen gute IT-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Integrität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Flexibilität und Problemlösungsfähigkeit aus
  • Sie beweisen grossen Teamgeist und Kommunikationstalent und können in einem komplexen Umfeld mit den unterschiedlichsten Partnern zusammenarbeiten
  • Sie beherrschen Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zudem verfügen Sie über einen starken Sinn für Kommunikation und zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und sind sehr engagiert und belastbar
