Your mission

For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Internal Communication & Reporting Manager from now to the end of June 2025. As part of the ESC PMO Event team, your tasks will be the following:
Develop and implement an internal communication strategy; Design and prepare communication content and manage the internal communication channels; Plan and organise internal events, such as town hall meetings, workshops and training courses; Support the development of a knowledge database; Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure coherent, effective and needs-based internal communication; Develop the Final Event Reporting for the ESC 2025; Carry out an impact study.

Your profile

You have excellent written and oral communication skills You have very good knowledge of the use of intranets, e-mail newsletters and collaboration tools (such as MS Teams, Loop, Slack, etc.) You have the ability to work effectively and independently with different departments and management levels You are creative and can develop innovative communication approaches to motivate and engage employees You have good language skills (English, German and French)
