**PLB ADMINISTRATOR**:
IIC-INTERSPORT International Corporation GmbH is the brand management and purchasing company of the INTERSPORT Group. With a retail turnover exceeding EUR 12 billion and more than 5,500 associated retailers in 42 countries, INTERSPORT has the worldwide leading position in the sporting goods retail market.
We are looking for a Private Label Brands (PLB) Administrator to join our team as soon as possible, with a workload of 80% to 100%.
As the PLB Administrator, you are responsible for executing recurring administrative and coordinative tasks to ensure system completeness and accuracy around product ranges in a standardized and efficient manner. Your role is pivotal in managing routine administrative processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring completeness. By optimizing team productivity and streamlining administrative functions, you enable team members to concentrate on their core responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative support (mainly) to Product Line Managers and Development teams
- Act as a local data steward, updating internal systems, collecting data from various sources, consolidating data, checking for errors, and providing basic analysis
- Support in communication of internal teams and maintaining contact lists
- Assist in preparing various tasks around the product ranges seasonal cycle, such as presentations, reports, spreadsheets, formatting, proofreading, meetings, and translation
- Coordinate sample activities, including sales, SMS orders, and marketing sample preparation
- Manage picture coordination by selecting and maintaining mood-pics and product imagery
- Provide constant input on simplification and task efficiency and go in execution
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be adaptable and flexible and can adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving projects, and is able to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as FlexPLM, SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar supportive role within an international company
- Apprenticeship (ideally in a similar position in a commercial environment)
