Accreditation Manager ESC 2025

Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Accreditation Manager from October 2024 to the end of May 2025 (50% October and November, and 100% from December). As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:

  • Manage the accreditation team and work closely with the EBU team on the dedicated platform
  • Contribute to the development of zoning and accreditation procedures
  • Set up the accreditation centre and ensure that it is running smoothly
  • Ensure that all applications are submitted on time, checked and managed with the utmost rigour
  • Manage access to the event (badges, invitations) and welcome accredited persons
  • Ensure that the accreditation plan is known, correctly implemented and monitored

Your profile
  • Several years of recognised experience in the events industry (references required)
  • Spoken and written English. Fluency in French and German would be an advantage
  • Integrity, flexibility and ability to propose solutions
  • Team spirit and commitment
  • Rigour and great resistance to stress
  • Sense of welcome and well groomed appearance
