Sie entwickeln und implementieren eine interne Kommunikationsstrategie Sie gestalten und bereiten Kommunikationsinhalte vor und managen die internen Kommunikationskanäle Sie planen und führen interne Veranstaltung durch, wie Townhall-Meetings, Workshops oder Schulungen Sie unterstützen den Aufbau einer Knowledge Database Sie beteiligen sich in abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit an der Sicherstellung einer kohärenten, effektiven und den Bedürfnissen entsprechenden internen Kommunikation Sie erarbeiten das Final Event Reporting ESC 2025 Sie erstellen eine Impact Studie

Damit begeistern Sie uns

Sie verfügen über 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der internen Kommunikation, Unternehmenskommunikation oder einer ähnlichen Rolle Sie verfügen über exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Intranets, E-Mail Newslettern und Collaboration-Tools (wie MS Teams, Loop, Slack, etc.) Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit effektiv und selbständig mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Führungsebenen zusammenzuarbeiten Sie sind kreativ und können innovative Kommunikationsansätze entwickeln um die Mitarbeitenden zu motivieren und engagieren Sie verfügen über gute Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch)
