Security Manager Eurovillage and side events ESC 2025 (h/f/d)

Votre mission


Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons un.e Security Manager Eurovillage and side events pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée à partir d'octobre 2024 et jusqu'à fin juin 2025. Au sein de l'équipe ESC Security, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:
  • Mener une évaluation complète et mettre en place toutes les mesures de prévention nécessaires afin de minimiser les risques et les menaces,
  • Participer à l'élaboration du plan de sûreté en coordination avec la Host-City – en particulier s'agissant des side events (Eurovillage notamment) – avec le(s) prestataire(s) assurant la sécurité/sûreté et les autorités locales,
  • Réaliser et fournir les documents techniques et opérationnels et agir comme interlocuteur.trice pour toutes les questions en lien avec votre fonction,
  • Prendre en charge la gestion et le suivi des rapports en cas d'incident,
  • Instaurer un climat de confiance avec vos collègues et fournir des formations sur les mesures de sûreté à adopter,
  • Participer à la sûreté lors de l'événement.

Votre profil


  • Grande expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité physique en général et de l'événementiel en particulier
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques et expérience de la gestion de projets
  • Intégrité, confidentialité, flexibilité et capacité à proposer des solutions
  • Excellent esprit d'équipe, talent pour la communication, aptitude à travailler avec différent.es interlocuteur.trices dans un environnement complexe
  • Anglais parlé et écrit. La maîtrise du français et de l'allemand seraient un avantage. Très bon sens de la communication et des relations humaines
  • Rigueur, engagement et grande résistance au stress
