Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Health and Safety Manager from October 2024 to the end of June 2025. As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:
- Ensure the application of and compliance with existing safety methods and Swiss standards, in particular with regard to service providers carrying out the assembly and dismantling of the concert place and Eurovision Village (fan zone);
- Carry out a comprehensive assessment of occupational health and safety risks (OHS); propose and implement measures to reduce these risks;
- Participate in establishing a security plan;
- Manage OHS incidents;
- Draw up a communication and information plan for the various players involved in the event, in collaboration with other departments of the host-broadcaster, the host city and the concert hall in particular;
Your profile
- You are a certified occupational health and safety expert in Switzerland with recognised experience in the events sector
- You have good IT knowledge and experience in project management
- You have integrity, flexibility and the ability to propose solutions
- Excellent team spirit, communication skills, commitment and loyalty
- Spoken and written English Fluency in French and German would be an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Rigour and great resistance to stress
