Vos activités chez votrefutur employeur
  • Vousgérez le cycle de vie des employés, de l'intégration audépart
  • Vous planifiez et évaluez les besoins enressources humaines de l'entreprise
  • Vousrédigez et publiez les offres d'emploi, puis présélectionnez lescandidats
  • Vous organisez et menez lesentretiens d'embauche, et prenez des décisions sur les candidatssélectionnés
  • Vous suivez les absences, lescongés, et les heures supplémentaires desemployés
  • Vous identifiez les besoins deformation et organisez les sessions dedéveloppement
  • Vous assurez la médiation en casde conflits entre employé-e-s et employeur
  • Vousétablissez et suivez les budgets RH


Vos atouts pour votre futuremployeur
  • Vouspossédez une certification RH suisse
  • Vous avezentre 5 et 7 ans d'expérience post-qualification dans un rôlesimilaire
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et lefrançais à l'écrit et à l'oral
  • Vous êtescompétent-e en outils bureautiques et avez une approchenumérique
  • Vous avez une expérience dans lessecteurs médical, luxe ou tourisme
  • Vous êtesproactif-ve, pragmatique et indépendant-e dans la gestion deprojets complexes
  • Vous avez d'excellentescompétences en rédaction juridique, en résolution de problèmes eten organisation
