Purpose of the role

  • Strategic Programmer Lead sets the standard for strategic growth and client transformation

Mission: To lead the global transformation of the key client accounts to support the overall business strategy and specific client road map, supporting the regional Client Partners and Client Services teams.

The Global Client Partner - is a position that has the purpose to support planning, deployment and activation of the strategic programmes for the client across the globe, aligned with our business strategy.

The incumbent will be taking ownership of all the global initiatives aimed to enable the activation of Indicia Worldwide's propostion.

The Global Client Partner will be the driving force for client service across Indicia Worldwide. They will be responsible for building and developing long term, strategic and profitable client relationships.

The Global Client Partner will be expected to gain respect and trust both internally and externally by leveraging their many years of industry experience, sector expertise and through strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking and leadership.


The Global Client Partner will ensure the successful development of the account to Indicia whilst also looking to develop and grow additional opportunities through the activation of the Indicia Worldwide integrated proposition.

The Global Client Partner will be integral to the client, gaining a deep understanding of their business, shaping their strategy, meeting their objectives, exceeding expectations, whilst working to continuously ensure that we deliver the highest quality, value and service to the client.


Working closely with the EMEA Chief Client Officer and their direct reports by providing advise in managing the strategic aspects of the client, to ensure that the Indicia Worldwide proposition is aligned with the clients global expectations, contributing to a sustainable and renewed value contribution to the client.

By building client relationships that drive growth through strategic partnerships. Ensuring relationships are equally built at a senior level across marketing and procurement client audiences.

Consistent team delivery

Data Feasibility


Ensure that Indicia Worldwide has full access to the required data from the client when required and that this data is available to the relevant teams for processing.

Be accountable for a smooth and reliable transfer of information, facilitating solutions when data accuracy or data readiness/availability happen.

Coordinate with the Data and Tech teams the analysis of the provided data, support in problem resolution and act
