About Our Client

Our client is a Swiss financial institution with several billion assets under management and a diverse product range (credit, infrastructure debt, private equity and new real estate products). Due to further expansion plans in the Asset Management business, we are searching for an Institutional Sales VP/Director to cover Swiss Institutional clients with the focus to raise assets for domestic real estate investment products.

Job Description

Responsible for the development of new Swiss institutional investors in SwitzerlandMaintaining relationships with Pension Funds, EAM's and investment consultantsActively contribute to new product solutions and client offerings to help launch of new investment products related to real estate productsHelp to promote new domestic direct real estate products and develop relationship with heads of real of estate, portfolio managers as Pension Fund ManagersResponsible to build a new market development plan in connection with existing and new product solutionsInitiating and coordinating local marketing activities and contribute to their smooth runningAnalyzing regulatory developments as well as feedback on customer asset allocations, product selection and solutionsCommunicating with subject matter experts and work regularly with internal departments product management, portfolio managementParticipate regularly external events and associations with institutional investors

The Successful Applicant

University degree in business administration or finance, CFA is an advantageAt least 10 years of experience in sales & relationship management, institutional sales in SwitzerlandTrack Record in raising assets from Swiss institutional investorsNetwork to local Real Estate investment decision makers and pension fundsStrong knowledge with investment strategies, products and especially with real estate productsAdvantage to have experience with private market assetsDriven self-starter and team player with a solution and client orientated mind-setStrong relationship management skills coupled with good social skillsFluent in German and English
