The Communications (COM) TeamThe Communications Team is in charge of establishing and maintaining the satellite’s communication link with the ground station. This involves developing systems for data transmission, ensuring reliable communication channels.
The Position – Communications Software EngineerAs a communications software engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and testing embedded software for the SatNOGS (Satellite Networked Open Ground Station) module and the amateur radio payload.
What you should bring:
- (Basic) knowledge of embedded systems
- Experience in embedded programming (preferred)
- Basic proficiency in C/C++
Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week
