OBJECTIF DU RÔLE

En tant que Junior HR Business Partner, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de tous les processus RH liés à nos opérations de vente au détail, en collaboration quotidienne avec l'équipe RH et les parties prenantes Suisse Romande.  

Vous superviserez diverses tâches liées aux ressources humaines, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le recrutement, la formation et le développement et l'administration, en couvrant les besoins de plus de 200 ETP et en soutenant la stratégie du personnel de notre organisation, en accord avec notre stratégie d'entreprise. Votre approche pragmatique et axée sur les résultats sera essentielle pour vous adapter et rester motivé dans un environnement très dynamique.

Ce poste est situé dans notre centre d'opérations de l'aéroport de Genève. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons prendre en considération que les candidats qui ont le droit de travailler dans l'UE/Suisse ou qui possèdent le permis de travail approprié.

LES RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Recrutement: assistance aux gestionnaires dans leurs recherches d'emploi (création d'annonces, présélection et discussion des candidats), participation aux entretiens d'embauche pour les postes d'encadrement supérieur, le cas échéant.
  • Administration : Cycle complet d'administration des ressources humaines au sein d'une structure d'équipe
  • Conseils d'experts compétents et soutien dans les domaines opérationnels des RH (image de marque de l'employeur, fidélisation des employés, gestion des absences, etc.)
  • Personne de contact pour les cadres et les employés en matière de droit du travail
  • Gestion de la santé: Identification, traitement et suivi des absences de courte durée susceptibles d'être gérées. Gestion des absences de longue durée en coopération avec les responsables des soins externes et les responsables des ventes, y compris l'organisation de mesures individuelles de réintégration.
  • Séparation: Soutien des managers dans la séparation des employés
  • Coopération active et soutien dans les situations de conflit, les processus de résolution des problèmes et le développement de l'équipe.

  • Développement/formation : Soutenir activement le spécialiste L&D dans l'introduction et la mise en œuvre d'opportunités de développement et de formation.
  • Donner de la vie à la culture d'entreprise et montrer l'exemple au quotidien

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais dans le domaine des affaires
  • Première expérience en RH (recrutement, administration et paie )
