For our location in Geneva we are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter 100% (all genders).Junior IT Recruiter (all genders)

Your Skills

  • You have a degree (e.g. in economics or similar) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. Economics or similar), in the field of Economics, Sales, Information Technology or Marketing
  • You are fluent in French and have very good knowledge of English, any other language is of course an advantage
  • You are a communicative, determined personality with a pleasant a friendly and self-confident manner and you know how to know how to convince people
  • Commitment, flexibility, and structured working methods will be a great help in daily business
  • The ability to work in a team, customer orientation and a great service consciousness also distinguishes you

    Your Tasks

    • Selection and placement of IT & SAP experts for project assignments of our clients
    • Identification of suitable candidates in our extensive internal database as well as on socialmedia
    • Initial contact with potential candidates, presentation of projects to be filled, clarification and negotiation of all relevant framework data
    • Candidate support from the initial enquiry to and during the subsequent project phase
    • Expansion of our network of consultants and sustainable candidate relationship management
    • Ensuring compliance with all legal framework conditions, preparation of contractual processing
