- Gestion des activités et des besoins quotidiens de la ligne, liés au cycle de vie des employés des Business Unit affectés (cols bleus et blancs)
- Sparring partenaire pour la ligne dans les processus RH stratégiques et opérationnels et fonction de support dans la conception des tâches de gestion (Talent- & performance management, reporting, rétention du personnel, promotions)
- Accompagnement des employées.és et des cadres tout au long du cycle de vie des employées.és
- Soutien actif des processus de transformation et mise en Åuvre de la stratégie RH
- Participation à des projets RH et contribution au développement et à l'amélioration des processus RH
- Gestion des processus de gestion de la performance et révision des salaires annuels
- Fonction de liaison entre les Business Unit et les centres d'expertise RH (Admin, Payroll, etc.)
- Conseils et accompagnement des dirigeants lors de discussions difficiles sur le personnel. Compétences
- Formation solide et perfectionnement en ressources humaines (Spécialiste en ressources humaines avec attestation fédérale, HR Bachelor)
- Expérience de plusieurs années dans le rôle de HR Business Partner dans un environnement dynamique
- Idéalement connaissance du domaine de la construction ou du génie-civil
- Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail et du système de sécurité et utilisation pragmatique et orientée vers les solutions
- Plaisir de l'échange actif avec la ligne et flexibilité au travail à différents endroits
- Excellentes qualités communicatives et sociales, Personne pragmatique avec une forte mentalité orientée vers les affaires
- Familiarité avec les applications MS Office courantes
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais ou de l'allemand demandée
- Connaissance préférable de SAP SuccessFactorsVos avantages
