Après avoir réalisé sa mutation digitale, elle s'engage pour offrir des moyens performants de développement des compétences et de formation continue, ainsi que des conditions de travail favorisant la qualité de vie et la santé. Afin de renforcer le pôle de gestion RH, un poste de généraliste ressources humaines est mis au concours.Vos missions
Directement rattaché.e à la responsable gestion ressources humaines, le ou la titulaire du poste aura les missions suivantes :
Assurer la gestion RH de services et départements définis, analyser les demandes en personnel et planifier la relève dans le respect du budget allouéAssurer l'établissement et les mises à jour des descriptifs de posteConduire de manière autonome les recrutements pour les dicastères définis et sur délégation de la responsable gestion ressources humaines pour d'autres domaines d'activités en fonction de la planification prévisionnelleRecruter l'ensemble des apprenti.e.s de GA avec les maîtres d'apprentissage, en assurer la gestion RHParticiper aux évènements et actions de recrutement au sens large (forums emploi, simulation entretiens d'embauche en écoles de commerce etc.)Contribuer à des projets d'amélioration continue en lien avec le recrutementAssurer le rôle de partenaire en conseillant les managers en matière d'organisation structurelle, d'évaluation de la performance, de gestion des situations litigieuses, de planification et de gestion des ressources selon la règlementation et les processus RH en vigueurTraiter diverses demandes émanant des collaborateurs et collaboratricesSuivre l'évolution du taux d'absence des dicastères définis, traiter les situations d'incapacité de travail avec les différentes parties prenantes, et encourager les reconversions professionnelles et la mobilité interneMettre à jour divers tableaux de bord RH (recrutements, incapacités de travail etc.)Compétences recherchéesÃtre en possession d'un diplôme universitaire complété par une formation dans le domaine RHBénéficier d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une entreprise de taille comparable, avec autonomie et initiatives démontrées, notamment dans le cas de traitement de situations délicates et d'incapacité de travailMaîtriser les outils informatiques (MS Office dont les outils de présentation et ordinogrammes) et être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques RH ; SAP SuccessFactors un atoutDisposer de connaissances du droit du travail et des assurances sociales (droit public un atout majeur)Avoir une connaissance des métiers issus des secteurs industriel, opérationnel et technique est un atoutDisposer d'une grande rigueur et d'un sens du détail, ainsi qu'une excellente capacitérédactionnelle en français ; de bonnes connaissances d'anglais sont également nécessairesAvoir un très bon sens relationnel, d'excellentes facultés communicationnelles et d'écoute, ainsi qu'un esprit d'équipe développéSavoir gérer les situations délicates, être orienté.e solutions et force de propositionsPosséder une très bonne faculté d'interprétation, d'adaptation et d'organisation, ainsi qu'une très bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèseFaire preuve d'anticipation, d'entregent et d'une attitude positive et dynamiqueEntrée en fonction : à déterminer
