Lead and manage Flamatt HQ facility, security and maintenance/industrial engineering teams
Lead and coordinate facilities and utilities projects, without any regular travelling
Foster culture of operational excellence, develop personnel training plans and a fully cross-trained organization
Develop roadmaps for facilities improvement and operational efficiency as well as develop and report KPI within facilities and maintenance organizations
Establish standardized processes for the facility, security, and maintenance/industrial engineering team which can be deployed globally as well as ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across all locations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required
Experience of at least 10 years in managing facilities/utilities including maintenance in manufacturing industries is required
Strong technical knowledge in utilities and facilities management, including clean room activities
Fluent in English, both verbally and written as well as good verbal skills in German (B2)
