We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at LEMO SA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and parametrization of ERP processes, as well as contributing to the development of our standard business processes.
Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and deployment of ERP processes, including Supply Chain and Operations.
- Collaborate with LEMO departments to understand their business process needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Analyze and deliver business process improvement initiatives, either managing components of large initiatives or all components of medium-sized initiatives.
- Interface with end-users and management to translate business requirements into IT-related specifications.
- Analyze workflows to identify areas of potential improvement.
- Ensure collaboration with functional/business process Workstream teams regarding ongoing development.
- Gain expertise in configuring ERP solutions from external vendor consultants.
- Promote the use of global standard functionalities and ensure consistency of ERP configuration across all LEMO units.
- Support ERP process documentation, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring design and systems security standards.
- Participate in the elaboration and evolution of our solution architecture and governance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, ideally with 5-10 years of experience in ERP processes within an industrial environment.
- Certification in at least one of the following processes: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Cloud or Oracle e-Business suite on premises, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM).
- Good communication skills in English and French, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
