We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at JobUp. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and parametrization of ERP processes, including Supply Chain and Operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the implementation and deployment of ERP processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain LEMO Group standard processes, ensuring consistency across all worldwide units.
- Analyze and deliver business process improvement initiatives, identifying areas of potential improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, working closely with end-users and management to translate business requirements into IT-related specifications.
- Ensure collaboration with functional and business process workstream teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Gain expertise in configuring ERP solutions, working closely with external ERP vendor consultants.
- Support ERP process documentation, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring design and systems security standards are met.
- Participate in the elaboration and evolution of solution architecture and governance processes within the application department.
- Perform analytical assignments as required by IT management, particularly in areas of difficulty and critical needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in ERP processes within an industrial environment.
- Certification in at least one of the following processes: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Cloud or Oracle e-Business suite on premises, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM).
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
