Le Villars Lodge, le Victoria Hotel & Residence ainsi que l'emblématique Villars Palace accueillent la clientèle dans une atmosphère chaleureuse, conviviale grâce à un service attentionné et personnalisé. Afin de compléter notre équipe au Villars Palace, nous recherchons un/e Director of Human Resources.

Relevant directement du Director of Sales & Marketing, le/la Sales Manager est responsable du développement du portefeuille clients B2B, en démarchant activement les clients potentiels sur les segments MICE, loisirs et corporate pour les 4 établissements du Resort. Il/elle entretient et alimente les comptes existants tout en développant une base de nouveaux clients.

Tâches principales

  • Mener des actions de prospection et de démarchage intensifs pour établir et développer le portefeuille clients sur les marché Suisse et Européens
  • Mener des actions commerciales ciblées pour atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de chiffre d'affaires
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'application du plan stratégique d'actions commerciales
  • Contribuer à la création d'offres, de services et de leur stratégie tarifaire
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle constante et se tenir en permanence informé(e) des tendances des marchés
  • Contribuer à la notoriété des hôtels et veiller à la fidélisation du portefeuille clients.
  • Contribuer à la gestion administrative du département
  • Participer aux actions commerciales comme les sales blitz, Fam Trips, sales call
  • Organiser les voyages promotionnels et représenter les hôtels sur les marchés (foires, roadshows, etc…)
  • Assister aux événements clients
  • Etre en charge des visites d'inspections et visites de clients potentiels à l'hôtel
  • Prendre soin de la mise au jour constante de la base de données clients
  • Préparer les rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels (sales reports)
  • Assurer une communication active avec les départements Front Office, Réservation, Banquets & Events
