The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible.

Our teams drive cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

The Sales Operations Manager is a business partner and trusted advisor to a variety of business stakeholders including Sales Managers, Sellers, Sales Excellence, Finance, Business Program Managers, the Area/Subsidiary Leadership Team, and Corporate Enablement & Operations Program owners.

To be successful in this role you need to have strong knowledge of Microsoft processes and ability to act proactively and partner effectively with a wide range of business partners.

This role reports to the Business Sales Operations & Sales Excellence (BSO&E) Lead in Switzerland who leads the team of Sales Operations Managers, Sales Excellence Managers and Business Program Manager and thus is responsible for sales operations planning processes using qualitative and quantitative methods and collaborates with stakeholders to align, refine, and improve planning and execution for the Switzerland's area/subsidiary and in line with the Corporation and strategy.
