As an experienced Product Manager for Central Switzerland, you will join our clients motivated team to market innovative dermatological products following a product launch. For this position we are seeking a strategic and tactical Sales/ Product Manager to acquire new business and enhance current accounts.What I like most about working with this client is even through the rapid growth they still take time to develop and empower their teams to grow professionally. I personally have known the Country Manager for many years, I have always found them to be down to earth and professionally driven.Responsibilities: Leverage customer relationships with dermatologists and allergists in practice and hospital settings. Professionally manage the sales territory, ensuring effective product promotion and brand awareness. Expand professional networks to enhance market penetration. Implement action plans and customer-specific measures to drive sales and meet targets. Organise workshops, training sessions, events, and provide regular reporting to the C level team. Qualifications: Scientific or medical background. Successful field experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Indication experience in dermatology. Biology is advantageous. Fluent German and English speaker, knowledge of the other language (French or Italian) is beneficial Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. Initiative and a willingness for continuous development. Ideally residing in the sales region Aargau or Zug.
