Product Manager High Power Rectifiers: Converter Products

Collaborate with your direct colleagues, R&D and other stakeholders to translate cross industrial/process requirements into product specifications and innovative features.
Manage the lifecycle of our products from conceptualization to market launch and beyond.
Define business cases, product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with broader business objectives.
Monitor financial performance, including profitability and cost structures, and make strategic adjustments as needed.
Oversee the development of training programs and marketing materials to ensure effective product launches and sustained market penetration.Qualifications for the roleSolid technical background and minimum 3-5 years of work experience in power electronics field. Experience in (reasonable) productization, platform synthesis, manufacturing, and cost optimization of converters a big advantage.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, ideally proven by experience in strategic roles.Strong understanding of requirement identification and definition, product development as well as lifecycle management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.University degree in electrical engineering or related. Ph.D. is highly beneficial.Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not required.Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 15%)More about usProcess Industries division delivers complete electrification and automation solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services across industries.
