Your role and responsibilitiesLead market intelligence activities to capture detailed insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapeDevelop and manage the lifecycle of systems and solutions from conceptualization to market launch and beyond
Define product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with broader business objectives
Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications and innovative features
Monitor financial performance, including profitability and cost structures, and make strategic adjustments as needed
Oversee the development of training programs and marketing materials to ensure effective product launches and sustained market penetrationQualifications for the roleMinimum 3-5 years of technical experience in relevant industries (aluminum, steel, electrowinning, chemicals)Minimum 3-5 years of functional experience with customer interfaces (Sales, Project Management, Product Management, ...) in power supply systemsProven success in strategic roles such as business development, product management or similarStrong understanding of market analysis, requirement definition, product development, and lifecycle managementExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partnersTechnical University degree in related field, electric engineering is advantageous.
