- Sie unterstützen den CFO bei strategischen Finanzprojekten und agieren als dessen Sparringspartner
- Überwachen und koordinieren das Finanzcontrolling, erstellen KPI-Analysen und evaluieren deren Ergebnisse
- Verantworten Monats-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben
- Optimieren die Finanzprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Controlling-Team und anderen Abteilungen
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Controlling oder Finanzwesen, oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Weiterbildungen im Bereich Finanzmanagement oder Controlling sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und gängigen ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Oracle), idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung
- Sie bringen Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit, kombiniert mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
