Senior Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Expense Transparency team, responsible for client and regulatory reporting in relation to fees and expenses of our products and investment structures. The successful candidate will be part of the Financial and Regulatory Reporting cell, with a global presence in Zug, Singapore, and Manila.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Expense Transparency Reporting team, including day-to-day activities and implementing system, tools, process, and control enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Compliance, Client Solutions, Product Management, Risk Management, Product Reporting, and external partners.
- Interpret and implement regulatory requirements, updates, and guidelines, such as PRIIPS/MIFID (EU), FIDLEG (CH), SECA (CH), CTI, TCA, DCPT (UK).
- Manage process, system, and control improvement projects, including supporting sub-streams.
- Compile and review financial information from supporting teams and external service providers.
- Manage TER (SECA, Switzerland), PRIIPS/MiFID (EU) annual reviews and other ad-hoc internal and external reporting processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Act as a subject matter expert on expense transparency and related regulatory topics.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the financial services industry or audit.
- Experience in alternative investments financial reporting, including complex structures, with an ability to interpret different accounting standards.
- Understanding and experience with private markets investment structures and strategies, with the ability to identify, communicate, and address operational challenges, risks, or potential improvements.
- Candidates with experience in PRIIPS/MIFID (EU), FIDLEG (CH), SECA (CH), CTI, TCA, DCPT (UK) regulatory reporting will be preferred.
- Leadership skills with experience in leading and guiding a team.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects relating to process, systems, and/or control improvements.
- Flair for systems and data management, with an ability to understand current set-ups and implement new solutions independently or with Business Applications teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in coaching junior members and providing feedback.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in German preferred.
