Industrial Supply Chain Senior Manager

As Industrial Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be reporting to the Plant Manager and be part of the local management team.
This is a permanent contract, start date to be discussed.
As Industrial Supply Chain Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
Manage a wide team across all Supply Chain departments (logistics, customer service, export & transportation, warehouse and inventory management); Follow performance, develop talents, promote trainings; Define the Supply Chain strategy in agreement with global guidelines and company values ; Establish and monitor Supply Chain budget; Synchronize activities and work cross-functionally with other departments to understand internal and external customer needs in order to ensure the best customer service level; Define and monitor the KPIs for the department: supplier performance, stock level, spare part availability, production capacity; Lead process optimization and continuous improvement strategy within the whole team; Drive problem solving initiatives and build action plans to improve team results; Work closely with many departments (Sourcing, Finance, production, Sales, …) as a key interface for the plant; Participate in multi-site projects to ensure deployment of best practices within the group.
As experienced Industrial Supply Chain Manager, you will bring:
Engineering educational background with specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent Experience in a similar position in the mechanical sector ideally At least a 10-year experience in Supply Chain Important communication skills and ability to drive change Very good and proven management skills Experience working in multi-cultural environments Result oriented Very good knowledges when it comes to Lean Management At ease with SAP Speaking French and English fluently
