Agissant au sein de la BU Service Supply Chain pour la ligne de produit DSF/PCR, vous serez en charge d'appliquer la politique de gestion de stock élaborée par la planification, de mettre en place le plan d'approvisionnements au moyen du logiciel SPM et de traiter la création et le suivi des commandes jusqu'à la livraison dans SAP (pièces livrées physiquement dans notre hub européen à Genk en Belgique)
Ainsi, vous optimisez le niveau de stock tout en garantissant la mise à disposition des composants en temps et en heure pour éviter les ruptures.

En lien direct avec les différents départements de la Supply Chain, du Strategic Planning, du département des achats, du contrôle qualité et des fournisseurs internes et externes, vous participez à l'amélioration constante du service à notre clientèle.

**Responsabilité**
- Gestion des stocks dans le logiciel de planification SPM
- Gestion des quantités des commandes de réapprovisionnement stock
- A terme, gestion des niveaux de stock allouées aux différents hubs (Indianapolis, Singapour)
- Réconciliation des inventaires avec les prestataires logistiques
- Gestion des approvisionnements
- Gestion des commandes achats (création, confirmation, relance, règlement des litiges à réception) via SAP / Jaggaer et MPO
- Gestion des manquants et futurs manquants (analyse des missing hits et shortages)
- Gestion des plans de besoins (prévisions, lissage charge) et suivi des contrats fournisseurs (quantité ou roulant)
- Garant de la fiabilité et de la transmission des prévisions
- Maintenance des paramètres articles et anomalies MRP dans SAP
- Gestion de la performance fournisseurs
- Suivi de la performance fournisseur (OTIF)
- Suivi des plans d'amélioration
- Garant de la relation fournisseur de son portefeuille et interlocuteur principal des acheteurs

**Compétences requises**
- CFC ou Brevet supérieur en logistique, planification ou approvisionnement
- Connaissance de la Supply Chain
- Sens de l'écoute
- Bonne communication orale / capacité à animer une réunion
- Exigence et culture du résultat dans un environnement exigeant (délais)
- Savoir gérer les priorités
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux économiques
- Capacité de synthèse et rigueur
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et pluriculturel
- Capacité à travailler dans des organisations matricielles
- Orienté amélioration continue et solution
- Anglais impératif (minimum B2), autre langue un atout
- Bonne maîtrise de SAP et d'un logiciel de planification
- Connaissances de base en mécanique / électrotechnique sont un plus
